Description:

A little tricky to spot because it is on a busy street (Convict Hill Road) sandwiched between houses. There is a sign (green and white), but NO parking - instead, park on one of the side streets and walk to the park.

The park is the only remaining area of the Oakhill quarry, a limestone quarry from the 1880's.  It's less of a traditional park and more of a preserve and trail that has been upgraded with trails covered in cedar bark chips. The trail is easy to moderate, but not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, or anyone unsteady on their feet.

There are photo ops everywhere, and a very informative sign on the Chimney Swift Tower. There are 2 stone and 1 wooden bench scattered throughout the park.
