Description:

The Colorado River Refuge is 65 acres of beautiful riverside forests and upland meadows located in Tahitian Village just south of Bastrop. The refuge has approximately three miles of trails perfect for hiking, bird watching, and relaxing. There is ample river access throughout the refuge, a paved trail for ADA access (via the Cottonwood Kings trailhead), and a picnic table overlook.
