Learn about some of the pests and pathogens that can harm our native trees.
Join Camille Wiseman, who is a Woodland Ecologist from Texas A&M Forest Service, in a fun and educational program about just a few of the threats to our local trees. There will be lots of good information and even an activity for kids! All ages welcome. There will be limited seating so bring a chair or something to sit on if you can.
When: Saturday September 24th, 10am
Where: Central Park at Inks Lake State Park, under the big Oak tree.
Cost: Free with park admission, and park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass. On busy weekends, reserve your day use pass early online! Please note: You do NOT need to register or make a reservation for this event, just be sure you have a day pass purchased for everyone attending.
