Explore the park after dark! Registration required.

Ever wondered who uses the park after the sun goes down? Join us to listen to owl calls, search for creepy crawlies, and embark on a hike to discover nocturnal animals and how they survive! All ages welcome.

Registration: Program is limited to 10 participants, so registration is required. Please call park HQ at 512-398-3479 during business hours (8am-5pm daily) to register for this program.

Prepare: Dress for the weather (sturdy shoes and layers recommended). Bring a flashlight, if desired. Bring water and apply bug repellent, as needed. The hike is 3/4-mile on moderate terrain. Face coverings are highly encouraged.

Meet: Meet your guide at the Creekview Trailhead. If driving from park headquarters, take your first left-hand turn, pass the campgrounds, and park along the paved loop.

Fees: Program is free with paid entry to the park. Regular park entrance fees are $3/adult, free for children 12 & under. If our office is closed when you arrive, please use the self-pay station at park HQ to check into the park.
