Celebrate National Trail’s Day on the trails of Colorado Bend!

Join a Park Ranger on a guided hike which combines 2 great features of Colorado Bend: The River Overlook and the famous Gorman Falls.

The hike is approximately 4.5 miles with strenuous sections, including rocky, steep, and slick terrain. Not recommended for those with mobility or health issues.

Bring water and sturdy shoes

Meet at the Gorman trail head at 8:45 AM.

The hike leaves promptly at 9:00 PM.

There is no fee for this hike, but entrance fees apply:

The park entry fee is $5 per adult per day. Children 12 and under are free. Entrance fees may be paid at the park entrance self-pay station with cash or check or drive an additional 5 miles to park headquarters to pay with debit/credit card.
