Learn all the basics of angling (fishing) and fish in the Blanco River--fishing license is not required. Instructions and all equipment are provided.

Ranger Rena will cover all the basics of angling (fishing).  Participants will have time to try their luck at fishing after the instruction, with Ranger Rena available as needed. All fishing gear will be provided. We have a maximum of 10 fishing poles. 

• Meet:  Near the kayak launch area
• Bring:  Water, sunscreen, and a chair.
• Cost:   Free with paid park admission.
